What to bring?

Sign up with your family for free and bring, per person:  

  • Half kg fruit of your choice (Mango season is here, hint hint!)  
  • One Whole Food Plant Based Dish, sufficient for 3 other people to eat.  
  • Cutlery for yourselves: plate, spoon, fork, bowl, glass, cloth, water

What is a Whole Food Plant Based Diet?

Whole Food Plant Based diet is the only diet that has been scientifcally proven to prevent and reverse our top killer diseases, heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension, as well as other chronic lifestyle diseases, such as obesity, PCOS, asthma, and autoimmune diseases.

How to prepare a Plant Based Dish?

It is super easy! Simply AVOID: 

  • All animal foods, such as meat, fish, eggs, and dairy, including milk, curds, butter, ghee, buttermilk, cream, cheese, paneer, yoghurt, and any other milk products 
  • All processed foods, such as oil (refined or cold pressed), sugar (white or brown, or jaggery), refined cereals (white rice, maida, rava, semiya, or other refined wheat products), and alcohol  


What can you cook with? All Whole, Unprocessed, Plant Foods:  

  • Fruits  
  • Vegetables 
  • Nuts 
  • Pulses and Legumes 
  • Whole Grains, including millets 
  • Herbs and Spices 
  • Mushrooms, too!
