Wash your mouth with water to re-sensitize your taste buds. Take a sip of the drink. Notice how artificial it tastes, compared to the orange. That’s what we’re talking about.

Your mind is your best friend.
A deer is sitting in a meadow, relaxing after a long grazing sessions. He suddenly notices a lion approaching in the distance. The next moment, he is already bounding away to save its life. His stress response saved his life. Until he saw the lion, he was not a bit stressed.
Human beings, unfortunately, are the only animals that can get stressed out just by sitting and closing our eyes! Each time you get even slightly stressed, the body reacts to save your life. This happens many times a day, every time you get tensed about something. Over time, this leads to disease.
